Ceci Marlow Stuart is named Director of Hartland's Cromaine Library!

It is with great pleasure that the Board of Trustees announces the selection of Ms. Ceci Marlow Stuart as the new Director for Cromaine Library. Board President Christina Maunder said, "Ceci has all the attributes that the Board was looking for in a Director, and we believe that her leadership will move our library to greater heights."

Marlow Stuart joins Cromaine as its 13th Director since opening in 1927. Marlow Stuart will start at Cromaine in mid June. A reception is planned for the public to meet our new director this summer. Watch our website for updates on the celebration.

Tour Cromaine Library in the Village!

Beginning on Saturday, May 10th at 11:00 a.m. you can join us for this special tour. It will include a bit of history, what it takes to run the library, behind the scenes information and meet the staff.

No registration is required - just drop in and join us!

Macy's, Detroit metro area libraries, and the Cultural Alliance of Southeastern Michigan announce "The Museum Adventure Pass, presented by Macy's". Cromaine Library card holders who reside in Livingston County can check out a Museum Adventure Pass at either Cromaine Library location. Hand the pass in at the box office of the participating organization for free admission for two or four people.
