The sense of excitement or passion that lovers of the library develop for a particular subject or a genre such as mysteries or biographies.

The sense of community that suggests this experience is at least partly social.

We present a welcoming environment for children of all ages. We provide age appropriate recreational and educational materials in print, audiovisual and digital formats.

Friendly Engagement of Patrons.
We treat our patrons as our guests, seeking to understand their needs and be responsive to them. The motto of the Hartland Area Project, "A Friendly Association for Community Service." inspires us.

Welcoming Environment.
We provide a comfortable place to be for everyone in the community. We offer good experiences to all and a safe haven for children.

Community Connection.
We are the place to meet others, share interests and foster relationships. We are the clearinghouse for community information. We honor the community's investment in Cromaine and respect its value.
