Spinning Yarns: A Fiber Arts & Weaving Celebration
This is a hARTland Art Walk Event

Join us for a fun-filled day of live weaving demonstrations, creative crafting, and a historical tour of weaving in Hartland.

Saturday, September 27 from 12:00-3 pm

12:00 pm Historic Hartland Music Hall 

  • Weaving History Video and Discussion

  • Unveiling of Commissioned Woven Art Piece
    by Fiber Artist Gisela Bosch and Cindy Shinabarker,  members of the Black Sheep Weaver's Guild

  • Participate in a collaborative weaving project

1:00-3:00 pm Cromaine District Library 

  • Live weaving and spinning demonstrations by members of the Black Sheep Weavers Guild

  • Hands-on Fiber Art Activities for all ages on the 2nd Floor

1:00-3:00 pm    Florence B. Dearing Museum

  •  Historic Local History and Textile Exhibit, thanks to the Hartland Historical Society

All ages are welcome! 
Fun for families, history buffs, artists, and anyone curious about Hartland’s unique story.
