Library lovers of every kind are invited to make a difference, for Cromaine Library and for our Hartland community, by joining the Friends of Cromaine! This special 501c3 organization supports Library endeavors through fundraising and events, including quarterly book sales, bake sales, and more. The dedication of the Friends contributes enormously to Cromaine’s annual Summer Concert Series, Summer Reading Challenge, the seed library, toys, activities, and other materials in the Youth department, annual Teen Scholarships, and more!

Book Sale Donations
The Friends are currently accepting donations of used books. We ask that all donations be in good condition. We cannot accept books that are moldy, damaged or dirty. Please bring donations during normal Library business hours, and limit donations to six grocery-sized bags or small boxes.
For larger donations, please contact Liz Welch at (810) 632-5200 x118 to arrange an appointment.
Volunteering with the Friends
