For almost a century, Cromaine Library has been Hartland’s front porch— where stories are shared, music drifts through the halls, and neighbors become friends.

Celebrate early literacy with fun crafts and activities, a live concert with The Music Lady, a photo booth, and more! Meet your favorite book characters and receive a free book.

Bring a friend and join us for Giant Jenga, cornhole, and Ladder Toss! Drop in. Open to ages 5 and up with a caregiver.

Join us for the Native Plant Sale in Cromaine Library's parking lot! Proceeds from the sale benefit the Hartland Garden Club. Plants are grown and provided by East Michigan Native Plants in Durand.

The public is welcome to attend  the State of the Community Address. Hear updates from the Partners in Progress: Cromaine District Library, Hartland Area Chamber of Commerce, Hartland Consolidated Schools, and Hartland Township.

Buy a pie the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to help raise funds to support the Friends of Cromaine Library! There will be a variety of pies for sale. First come, first served, and no preorders. $15 for all pies.

The library is hosting an American Red Cross Blood Drive in partnership with the Hartland Lion's Club.
Donation appointments are available between 10:00 am and 3:45 pm.
