There are plenty of ways to get involved at Cromaine Library! Throughout the year we host a variety of contests for all ages. Check out the current running contests below, review the guidelines, and upload your submission online, if applicable. 

Read to Your Pet Photo Contest
June 1 through June 30, 2021

Take a photo of yourself reading to a real or toy pet and send it to youthandteen@cromaine.org along with your age and your pet's name by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, June 30 to be entered for a chance to win a prize! All photos shared to be posted to social media for the community to enjoy.

Hartland SOUP
July 14, 2021

Pay $5 at the door for soup, salad, bread, dessert and drinks and after hearing 2-3 people briefly pitch their ideas and project, vote on which project gets the cash collected from the meal! It is tasty crowdfunding for a project that will improve the Hartland community. Held at Settler's Park Pavilion, 2655 Clark Rd, Hartland, MI 48353. Register to attend HERE. Tails & Tales Writing & Art Contest
June 1 through July 30, 2021

What does this summer’s theme, Tails & Tales, inspire in you? Write a story OR create a piece of art inspired by the theme and submit it to mjackson@cromaine.org by Friday, July 30 at 5:00 pm. The stories and photos of the artwork will be on display throughout the Library during the month of August. The public is invited to view it and vote for their favorites from August 3 through August 20. Prizes for People’s Choice announced and awarded the week of August 23. Stories must be 2,000 words or less. For all ages.
