We went back to basics for our most recent Ale Together Now program, exploring how water contributes to beer and how it is used in the brewing process.

We enjoyed a mini-Halloween party at this month's Ale Together Now program, where we explored German Sours!

With gorgeous fall weather setting in, Oktoberfest styles are the perfect beer for the season. Easy drinking yet flavorful, both festbier and märzen beers ring in the harvest season perfectly with their malt-forward flavor and crisp mouthfeel.

We went back to the basics for this month's Ale Together Now program, exploring the main component of the color, flavor, and aroma of beer-- malt!

We celebrated hops at this month's Ale Together Now session, which focused on the American pale ale! This light yet flavorful ale is the perfect summer drink, combining bready and hoppy flavors with a sunny golden color and refreshing crispness.

IPAs, or India pale ales, are a beer style that can elicit strong reactions from beer drinkers-- most of us tend to absolutely love them or despise them because of their bold, hoppy flavor profile.

Since 2019, the Ale Together Now program series has covered sour ales multiple times. We love exploring the tart, fruity, and funky flavors that only sour ales can bring.

Spring is here, and with it comes the return of lighter-body beers! Cream ales are the perfect beer for spring, featuring fresh flavor and the perfect balance of crisp yet creamy mouthfeel.

Guinness stout is by far the most well-known Irish beer in the US, but there are other amazing beers- like red ales and lagers- produced by Guinness-owned operations as well.

This month's Ale Together Now program focused on the wonderfully malty beer styles of English bitters, mild ales, and old/stock ales.

Freezing temperatures and snow showers have swept through our little Hartland community-- and this time of year, what could be better than cozying up with a rich, smoky porter?

Last week's Ale Together Now program focused on crisp, delicious Mexican lagers- a perfect beer style for summer! In the spirit of celebrating Mexican beers, friends and attendees Terri and Dan also brought in churros to share with the group.
